What better place to begin a message of hope and inspiration than with the young people who will one day lead? 

The Flight for the Human Spirit message will be spread to school children in several ways:

• The primary message: never, ever give up on your dreams
• Encouraging the same from those around you, starting with your parents, siblings and friends.
• Satellite interviews with Michael Combs during specific scheduled legs of the flight
• Sending the flight mascot on board the aircraft to a recipient school at the next city stop
• The written dreams project of each participating child will be carried to the sky onboard this historic flight and deposited with other children to create a modern penpal system using a secure online site.
• An interactive web site where they can track the progress of the flight and input their own dreams.
• Select school districts can have the opportunity of holding an essay contest where the winner will get to fly on one leg of the flight with Michael Combs, (please contact us for more information)
